To book a hire (or a group of hires) simply follow the steps below:

To request a hire from Nomad Airsoft the hirer(s) must meet the following criteria

  • Must be aged 18 or over OR aged 12-17 and be accompanied all day by a 18+ player
  • Must be fit and able to take part in a physical activity
  • Must be dressed for the occasion (clothes that can get dirty, boots with ankle support)

Bookings require a £10 deposit per hire player.  These must be paid no less than 24 hours before the desired gameday.  If you fail to pay your deposit, or pay it in a timely fashion NO hire equipment will be available for you and you will be unable to participate.

All deposits are non refundable or transferrable (except in the circumstances where event is cancelled by Nomad Airsoft - then refund/transfer options will be offered.)

If your booking is rejected your payment will be refunded in full within 48 hours.

If you continue, this is seen as your acceptance of these terms and of all site rules and restrictions which you are required to adhere to at all times.
